Lloyd, Henry Demarest
(1847-1903) Ллойд, Генри Демарест
Политический деятель, публицист, один из "разгребателей грязи" [Muckrakers], идеолог левого крыла антимонопольного движения конца XIX в. Играл важную роль в популистском движении, создании рабоче-популистского блока, разделял социалистические идеи. Активно выступал против большого бизнеса, автор известной книги "Богатство против общества" ["Wealth Against the Commonwealth"] (1894) - об истории компании "Стандард ойл" [Standard Oil Company]
